Homemade Yoghurt Anyone?

To make your own homemade yoghurt, you need:

  • Leftover natural yoghurt
  • A plastic container with an airtight lid.
  • A dishcloth for wrapping the container

 

To make yoghurt, bring 2 liters of milk to 80 degrees (or just before it start  bubbling) and cool it to 45 degrees (or slightly lukewarm). Add 3 tbsp of   leftover yoghurt. Mix it in properly and pour into a plastic container. Wrap it in a dishcloth and secure with string and keep in a warm place for 24 hours. Voila.
